Yes, it had rust on it, but I managed to remove most of it by using an electric drill with a wire-brush attachment. Then, Stacey prepared and painted the cart, and made a herringbone design using a ruler.
To complete the look, Stacey decorated the cart with a bowl of oranges, colorful flowers, and a tray to keep her glasses in order.
