1. Exhaustion
A state of severe exhaustion might manifest itself when one feels utterly drowsy, unable to muster the energy to do even the most basic of chores. An individual may feel its effects due, in part, to reduced blood flow to the heart. This often occurs as blood vessel walls become more constricted. When someone has cardiac problems, they are more likely to feel fatigued.

2. Difficulty breathing
When the blood oxygen levels in the blood fall below what the lungs require to carry out their essential functions, the result is shortness of breath. Shortness of breath may be an indication of a possible heart attack, therefore it’s important to see a doctor if you or someone you know suffers it.
III. Deficit
Your body may be trying to tell you to slow down and reevaluate your lifestyle choices if you suddenly start to feel weak for no apparent reason.
4. Feeling Lightheaded and Shivering
It is important not to disregard symptoms of poor circulation, which might include vertigo and chills.
The flu or symptoms similar to a cold
Lots of individuals who have had heart attacks report feeling sick with the flu only days before the attack happened.
Section 6: Blood Pressure in the Chest
Feeling pressure in the chest is a typical sign of a heart attack. Until the actual assault occurs, this pressure will continue to rise.

7. Inflamed Foot
The inability of either the left or right lower chamber of the heart to efficiently pump blood is a hallmark of congestive heart failure. This may lead to edema, a condition where blood pools in the lower extremities.
