How to prepare the cold tuna cake
To prepare this delicious tuna cake you will need:

Ingredients:
300 g of lettuce (cut into pieces).
Half an onion (finely chopped).
70 g of pepper (red or green, chopped).
150 g of corn (sweet corn, optional).
100 g of pitted black olives.
1 large or 2 small tomatoes (cut into small pieces).
1 carrot (grated).
3 hard boiled eggs.
200 g of canned tuna.
Salt to taste.
Light mayonnaise.
Whole grain bread.
4 slices of cooked ham.
2 slices of cheese.
Lettuce (for decoration).
Preparation:
We start with a vibrant mix, everything finely chopped: lettuce, onion, pepper, corn, olives, tomato, carrot and hard-boiled eggs. We add canned tuna for a delicious twist.
The light mayonnaise will be our ally to give it creaminess. Add a few tablespoons, adjusting according to your preference. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well so that all the ingredients are infused with flavor.
It’s time to prepare the layers of our cake. Place a base of wholemeal bread in a mold lined with cling film.
