Crockpot Creamy Potato & Hamburger Soup Recipe

Hamburger Soup Recipe
When I make a soup, it’s usually because I’m trying to use up some of the ingredients I have in my cupboard, freezer, and fridge. I had mince beef and frozen vegetables that needed to be used up before our Christmas trip to the US, and I was attempting to make the most of my potatoes. Here we have it. After going through my freezer and pantry, I made this cheesy potato and hamburger soup. I can make hamburger soup with ease.

The ground beef mixture should be fried until cooked before being transferred to a slow cooker or crock pot.

The second step is to pack the slow cooker with all the veggies and seasonings (but not the milk products!). After a few hours of cooking, the ground beef will be softer and the potatoes will be velvety smooth.
